Indian has announced a new event in partnership with the helmet brand Ruroc which will involve test rides and finance offers.
The event will take place at the Gloucester-based HQ of Ruroc on 28 October 2023 between 10:00 and 15:00 and will have an extensive line-up of available test ride motorcycles.
These include all four variants of the FTR - standard, Rally, Sport, and R Carbon - as well as the Indian Sport Chief, Scout Bobber, and Scout Rogue. Between 10:00 and 11:00, test rides are limited to pre-booked spaces (sold out); from 11:00 to 15:00, test rides will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Test rides are free but subject to licence checks and insurance conditions.
Incentives for the event, besides the test rides, include the chance to win a limited edition Indian t-shirt by giving their first impressions of the bike they test rode to a film crew which will be on-site capturing the day’s events. Additionally, there will be a prize draw for anyone who tests any FTR model with the prize being a Ruroc Atlas 4.0 helmet. Test riding an Indian Scout or Indian FTR model and purchasing a Scout or FTR off the back of that test ride will also enable one of three retail offers on the bike. These offers are a 3 per cent APR finance deal, (examples below), a £1,000 deposit contribution, and a £1,000 contribution towards parts, accessories, and apparel.
