There comes a point in any workshop or mancave where the need for a file is paramount. Cutting or drilling aluminium or steel sheet to make a bracket for ill fitting pattern race body work will leave sharp edges. The six 4in (101mm) files mimic their bigger brothers in terms of blade shape, but are suited to more delicate jobs i.e. thinner plate steel/aluminium, smaller diameter holes etc.
