Top 5 bikes we are excited to see at EICMA

EICMA. It's the biggest motorcycle show on the planet.

Everything that's new, fast, exciting and on two wheels will be there. With that in mind, we've put our heads together and thought up these five bikes that we can't wait to see when we get there.

As always, we'll be live at the event, bringing you all the unveils, press conferences and news, on Visordown.com and our social media channels.

1 - Husqvarna 701 Svartpilen

Husqvarna’s stunning Vitpilen (white arrow) gains a burly sibling as the Swedish brand unveils the stunning Svartpilen 701. Translated to ‘Black Arrow’, the bike is based around the capable and exhilarating KTM Duke 690 and features moody black styling, pseudo off-road tyres and matt accents. The Svartpilen will be the fourth bike Husky has launched in its range of neo-retro styled street machines. No confirmation of price yet but we’d expect it to be somewhere around the cost of the Vitpilen – £8k-£9k.

2 - Kymco SuperNEX

Not a name that you often read in this kind of article but Taiwanese brand Kymco are set to unveil an electric superbike at this year’s show. Details are sketchy, with the video you see here only released a couple of days ago. What we do know is, it’s a big departure from the company’s usual style of small capacity, cheap and cheerful scoots.

We’ll be live at the launch on Tuesday for the unveiling, so stay tuned!
