Overall Review

More sporty than a sportster and tours better than a evo, great one or two up , secure handling, reliable, great engine, not an imitation, Its the real thing! I bought mine from someone who rode it Bosnia a couple of times in Winter (brave soul) I added a 2nd disc which was needed really a rack and screen etc. First long tour took us around spain on some great roads and was never left by the fast group I was with and didnt miss a beat. The fuel pump started to play up but its the same as a 3 series BMW so easy to swap over and cheap. Its a heavy bike so a rear tyre lasts 6-8k. Im using BT45's F&R and they are great. I get 45mpg most of the time but I have seen 54 when kept to 70, 19 litre tank is good. Easy to service, spares come next day from MotoMecca. It suprises a few on the twisty A roads we have in Wales. It will do 115 but can run well with a mixed group.

Strengths

'classic' looks, modern brakes, fuel injection, supprising ammount of ground clearence, a bit different and not a Harley.

Weaknesses

Heavy when stationary, takes a few weeks to dial yourself in but worth it.
