Overall Review

If you have a big bore adventure tourer do yourself a favour and try these, just do not expect high mileage. Keep the motorway speeds down and the pressures up for reasonable life. Perfect for minimal highway leading to backroads and dirt roads. Stable on rough hardpack and also loose and stony surfaces.

Strengths

Stable, predictable and excellent grip on seal and off. Does not track along seams in the seal. Solid, secure, stable. Excellent on dirt and gravel but no big bike likes loose sand or mud, full stop. The best I have used and give me confidence to push, unlike the OEM Bridgestone Trailwings.

Weaknesses

Wear quickly, not suitable for high speed sealed road touring. Noisy front tyre 65-80kph.

Overall Review

Other than wear, excellent.

Strengths

I've only used a rear on a 950SE- traction in all conditions is excellent (I haven't done deep sand riding though). Predictable behavior, even on wet pavement, even as the tire wears. Not as noisy as other tires with similar block design. Best non-knobbie for dirt traction I've used.

Weaknesses

Only negative is the wear-- I've gotten less mileage out of this tire than any other I've used (908RR, TKC80, K60, Mefo Explorer, etc.). I usually get 3500-4000 miles before they're really worn, this is almost shot at 2,000 miles.
