Weise launches lightweight summer gloves made from goat leather
Weise has revealed new lightweight summer gloves that features a goat leather construction, 3D mesh panelling, and a budget-friendly price.

With the summer in full flow, and better weather gracing the UK in recent weeks, Weise has now opted to release its all-new Hive gloves which are made from goat leather.
The Hive glove combines its goat leather construction with a breathable 3D mesh panelling, which is one of the standout features of the glove.
3D mesh is designed to create a structural cellular-type layer that purposely drives air through the glove, rather than simply reducing the overall weight. Effectively, this creates channels that drive air inward, while allowing body heat to be released.

The new Hive gloves are certified to Level 1KP safety standards, and feature padded knuckle panels and a dual Amara overlay that strengthens the areas most exposed in the event of a fall. Meanwhile, the goat leather construction is found on both the palm and back of the glove.
An adjustable cuff strap closure is designed to keep the glove secure while under a jacket sleeve, while the index finger and thumb are both touchscreen compatible. This is a neat addition from Weise, which means riders won’t have to remove their gloves every time they use their phone.

In terms of price, the new Hive gloves fall directly into the budget-friendly bracket. The gloves retail at £49.99 (including VAT), and are available in both Black and Black/Gun colourways. Additionally, sizing ranges from S to 3XL.
The gloves can also serve as a compliment to the brand’s Hive Mesh jacket, which is priced at £219.99 (includes VAT).
You can find out more about the Hive gloves, the Hive Mesh jacket, and all of the company's other products on the official Weise website.
