Trackhouse Racing appoints new MotoGP team manager
Trackhouse Racing has confirmed its new team manager ahead of Davide Brivio’s switch to HRC.

Trackhouse Racing has confirmed Francesco Guidotti as its new team manager ahead of Davide Brivio’s departure from the satellite Aprilia team.
The former Pramac Ducati and Red Bull KTM team boss will eventually take over from Brivio, who is set to join HRC in a senior role next season, although what that role is specifically, has not yet been confirmed.
Brivio has held the joint position of team manager/team principal since the start of 2025, however, Guidotti’s official position has been confirmed as team manager.

Speaking about the team’s decision to sign Guidotti, Trackhouse Racing owner Justin Marks said:
“It’s a thrilling development for Trackhouse to formally announce Francesco Guidotti as our new MotoGP Team Manager. Francesco has a long and successful career in professional motorcycle racing but, just as importantly, he fits the culture and vision of our company. As we embark on our next phase in the MotoGP World championship, having a racing team led by someone of Francesco’s caliber will only add to the opportunity ahead.”
Guidotti will now work alongside Brivio until the end of the season, effectively creating the same dynamic as when Brivio worked alongside former Trackhouse team manager, Wilco Zeelenberg, in 2024.
Discussion his move to Trackhouse, Guidotti added:
“First of all, I have to thank Justin for his trust. I'm thrilled to be back and I couldn't have hoped for a better opportunity than this. Trackhouse is a young and professional Team that, already, has some very special achievements and I will do my best to contribute to the growth of the Team and the riders. Returning to work with Aprilia also feels special to me - a lot of good memories and friends. I am excited to be joining the SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP Team!”

While Trackhouse Racing’s management team is beginning to finalise itself, the team’s rider line-up for 2027 is still yet to be confirmed.
