You can now save up to £200 on various Arai RX-7V Evo replica helmets with J&S Accessories, including a Nicky Hayden Laguna Seca edition.
The RX-7V Evo model is Arai’s flagship helmet for racing, and is currently used in the world championships by riders like Maverick Vinales, Jonathan Rea, Ai Ogura and Honda’s official test rider Takaaki Nakagami.
Race replica versions of the RX-7V Evo model are priced at £799, and that’s no different when speaking about the Hayden Laguna Seca lid, usually. However, with J&S Accessories, you can now buy the helmet for £599, which offers very good value.
The RX-7V Evo meets the latest EC22.06 regulations and weighs just 1600grams. It also features a VAS (Variable Axis System) max vision visor which is claimed to be easier at installing and removing than before.
The Evo model’s new visor closure system prevents it from accidentally opening while riding. The premium helmet from the Japanese brand also gets a PB-SNC Shell, which borrows technology from the systems it uses in Formula 1.
Fastening the helmet is done via a traditional double-d ring closing system, while the interior pads are removable and washable.
The Hayden race replica is not the only helmet that’s available from J&S with savings attached. You can also get a Mick Doohan Isle of Man TT edition for £619 instead of the usual £799 asking price.
Other Evo models with an offer currently available are the MWC edition (£599) and a ‘Maverick Star’ (Vinales) helmet which has also been reduced to £599.
