Let’s be honest—£23.99 doesn't go far these days. That’s a couple of pints and a packet of pork scratchings in most pubs. But if you’re even remotely into motorcycle racing, the TT+ Live Pass is without question the best bang-for-buck you’re going to get this summer.

We're now deep into TT season, and if you’re not on the Island (or even if you are), this is your golden ticket to every heart-in-mouth moment from the world’s most iconic road race—live, in full HD, and with proper commentary that actually knows what it's talking about.

What You Get for the Price of a Takeaway

For a one-off £23.99, TT+ gives you wall-to-wall coverage of the entire event—qualifying, racing, behind-the-scenes stuff, and even some tasty documentaries thrown in for good measure. Over 40 hours of live action streamed directly to your device, no fluff, no adverts, and no missing the moment when someone like Michael Dunlop casually rewrites history on the Mountain Course.

The platform’s slick, too. TT+ has clearly been built by people who actually understand what fans want. Whether you’re watching on your telly, laptop, or sneakily on your phone at work (we won’t tell), it’s a smooth, seamless experience.

Not Just for the Anoraks

Even if you’re not a full-blown TT nerd who can list every Joey Dunlop podium by heart, this is still worth your time. TT+ brings the human stories to the forefront. There's genuine insight here, interviews, paddock access, and raw emotion. And it all adds up to an experience that feels closer to being there than anything short of standing at Barregarrow with earplugs and a bacon bap.

Hickman's Horror, and a Silver Lining

The TT always delivers drama, and this year it’s already dished up a whopper. Peter Hickman—14-time winner, fan favourite, and all-round TT legend—suffered a serious crash at Kerrowmoar during Friday night’s qualifying session.

Doing somewhere north of 140mph (standard for Hickman), he came off the bike and was airlifted to Noble’s Hospital with chest, back, shoulder, and facial injuries. It’s the kind of news that makes your stomach drop, but in true Hicky fashion, he’s already back in the paddock. Battered but grinning, and already talking about next year.

No more racing for him this TT, sadly, but he’s alive, alert, and (importantly) still got that dry sense of humour.
