Relive every race from the MotoGP career of Valentino Rossi

A major new book from MotoGP journalist Mat Oxley charts the highs and lows of the career of Valentino Rossi

Valentino Rossi - Petronas SRT Yamaha

HIS career may be over, but that doesn’t mean we have to stop talking about the most famous MotoGP rider of all time. In this major new book, Grand Prix motorcycle racing expert Mat Oxley charts every race in the MotoGP career of Valentino Rossi.

Closing the chapter on his career sees Rossi an 89-time Grand Prix race winner, with 199-podiums, and nine Grand Prix World Championships to his name.

In this unique portrayal of his career, each of the famous rider’s races is examined in acute detail, with added detail from the man himself. It covers the controversies and achievements, with performance analysis of both rider and bike.

The new book also charts the rise of Rossi in his formative years, racing go-karts and minimotos, and long before he’d made the jump to the bright lights of the MotoGP circus.

Valentino Rossi All His Races

Speaking of what it took to compile the book, Mat Oxley said:

“It’s been a joy watching Valentino’s GP career from the very beginning in 1996 and I’ve really enjoyed reliving so many of his great moments through writing this book. In fact, I started with his first international campaign in 1995, dissecting and analysing every one of his 400 plus races since then. It’s a career that may never be matched and it’s been an honour to write this book, which I hope becomes the ultimate tribute to Valentino’s brilliance.”

Valentino Rossi All His Races is being published this month and will arrive in 280x235mm hardback format. The 336 pages comprise 280 photos and the book has an RRP of £50.00 - ISBN: 978-1-910505-21-2
