APRILIA is set to launch a new 1200cc adventure-sports machine in the near future, to rival the new Yamaha XT1200Z Super Ténéré, BMW R1200GS and new Ducati Multistrada and here's what the new machine could look like.
Details, other than the artist's rendition, are scant but the new bike, dubbed the Tuareg, will feature a 1200cc V-twin engine.
Sources in the Italian press say the machine will be decked out in dual-purpose trim, with a 21-inch front wheel and will weigh less than 200kg.
A road-biased version, complete with a 19-inch front wheel, is rumoured to follow.
