NMM Live 2025: Two days of bikes, banter and big names
Two days of bikes, banter and big noise as Museum Live 2025 rolls into Solihull with star riders, drag bikes, test rides and plenty of mischief.

The National Motorcycle Museum’s annual shindig is back, and this year it promises more noise, more stars and even more excuses to hang around motorbikes all weekend.
Mark your calendars for Saturday 25th October and Sunday 26th October 2025, because Museum Live is shaping up to be the biggest one yet.
Two days, one museum, and enough entertainment to keep even the most caffeine-fuelled biker happy. We’re talking stage shows, racing royalty, drag bike fire-ups, live music, test rides, a brand-new indoor autojumble and more.
Henry Cole & Friends: Back in the Hot Seat

TV’s Henry Cole is returning with his partners-in-crime Allen Millyard and Guy “Skid” Willison. Expect tales from behind the cameras, plenty of banter and, knowing this lot, at least one story that veers wildly off-topic.
Millyard will also be updating fans on his frankly bonkers Norton Nemesis project, resurrecting Norton’s 1500cc V8 prototype, while Cole and co will be sharing news on their MotorbikeShow.com subscription platform.
McGuinness & Harrison Take the Stage

John McGuinness and Dean Harrison, both suiting up for Honda Racing UK, will be live on stage with Cole, Skid and Plater. Racing insights, banter, and a few laughs are guaranteed, but the real treat will be when they fire up their race bikes at the end. Earplugs optional.
Rachael Clegg Meets Jenny Tinmouth

Rachael Clegg, journalist, artist and all-round motorcycle storyteller, sits down with Jenny Tinmouth, the fastest woman ever around the Isle of Man TT course. Joining them will be MCN editor Emma Franklin and journalist Saffron Wilson, who’ll help guide a conversation on racing, writing and riding culture. Expect an honest, lively Q&A session.
Test Rides: BSA & Royal Enfield Bring the Heat

The weekend isn’t just about standing around watching other people have fun. BSA and Royal Enfield are bringing their latest line-ups for you to swing a leg over.
BSA will showcase the Bantam and Scrambler, while Royal Enfield is unloading a truck full of bikes, including the Bullet 350, Classic 350, Hunter 350, Meteor 350, Guerrilla 450, Himalayan 450, Bear 650, Conti GT 650, Classic 650, Interceptor 650, Shotgun 650 and the Super Meteor 650.
Test rides can only be booked on the day and are strictly first-come, first-served, so make sure to get there early.
Autojumble Goes Indoors
For the first time, Museum Live will feature an indoor autojumble. Think rare parts, petroliana, memorabilia and tools, all under one roof. Basically, the sort of place you tell yourself you’re “just browsing” and end up walking out with a rusty fuel tank and three oil-stained manuals you never knew you needed.
Drag Bike Madness with Steve Parrish

Steve Parrish will once again be blowing the doors off the fountain courtyard with a midday drag bike fire-up. Machines on show include the Hobbit, Olympus, the Double Norton “Super Cyclops” and the incredible Nero. If you’ve never felt your ribcage vibrate under the assault of a top-fuel drag bike, now’s your chance.
Waltzing Walter Returns

Brian Crighton and Bob Rowley reunite to bring back the infamous Norton Rotary Racer prototype from 1987, nicknamed “Waltzing Walter” thanks to its unpredictable handling when the throttle was pinned. The 588cc rotary became the launchpad for Norton’s rotary racing campaign, hitting 170mph and rewriting the rulebook of how to make bikes go fast along the way.
New for 2025: Torque Zones
This year sees the introduction of “Torque Zones”, a chance to meet the men and women behind some of motorcycling’s finest crafts and causes. Expect to see Bad Dog Customs, Central Wheel Components, H&H Auctions, Mental Health Motorbike, and the Museum’s own Wall family restoration team.
Other highlights include:
- Liliana Myers' book signing of Dave & Me
- Guided tours with Rick Parkington
- Military bike insights from John Moore
- An MCN trade stand with autograph sessions from Jenny Tinmouth
- A packed indoor trade area with gear and memorabilia
- Food court and bar with plenty to keep you fuelled
- The Museum shop, stuffed with books, clothing and collectables
- Free motorcycle parking, cars for a small fee
Lunchtime Glamour: The Daisy Belles

Adding some sparkle between all the fuel and fumes, The Daisy Belles will perform in the food court each day. Expect vintage harmonies, retro flair and a touch of pin-up style while you tuck into your lunch.
So, for a day packed with star riders, roaring drag bikes, test rides galore and more stories than you’ll ever hear in a pub car park, Museum Live 2025 looks set to be a belter. Pack your camera, bring your earplugs and prepare to be surrounded by motorcycling culture at its finest.
