MotoGP will continue to remain behind a paywall for TV viewers in the United Kingdom and Ireland for the next few years after a deal was struck to extend an agreement with TNT Sports.

However, in a change to the current arrangement, all 22 MotoGP Sprint races will be televised on free-to-air sister channel Quest TV.

As part of a new multi-year agreement, TNT Sports - the rebranded sporting channel formerly known as BT Sports - and streaming service discovery+ will continue to show live broadcasts of each MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 session over the course of a race weekend.

However, while viewers will need to subscribe to those services for a fee, the 2025 MotoGP season will have each Saturday sprint event available to watch on Warner Bros. Discovery’s free-to-air channel, Quest.

In addition, two full-length races - including the British MotoGP round - will be shown live on Quest too.

TNT Sports will also make coverage available for the MotoE World Championship, plus the burgeoning World Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR).

The 2025 MotoGP World Championship will feature several changes on the schedule, not least the opening round which will kick off in Thailand for the first time on February 28 - March 2.

The season will then traverse the world across a record 22 event calendar, which includes a return to Hungary for the first time in more than 30 years at the new Balaton Park Circuit, while the much loved Masayrk Circuit in Brno is also back on the schedule. Argentina also returns after a two-year hiatus at the Termas de Rio Hondo venue.
