For its 70th anniversary, Mallory Park is reviving one of its most famous and historic events, as the 1000 Bike Revival is confirmed. The 1000 Bikes Revival is set to capture the spirit of the Festival of 1000 Bikes, an event which drew big names from national racing and even Grand Prix stars to the diminutive Leicestershire circuit.

For 2026, the focus is firmly on the history of the event, with the Classic Race of the Year and Master of Mallory billed as a commemorative race bringing together the riders and machines that shaped the circuit’s history. There is also a Grand Prix and Formula Two-Stroke Frenzy race, as well as a 50th Anniversary tribute to Barry Sheene and the Suzuki RG500, marking their first GP500 World Championship title.

The 1000 Bikes Revival is set to deliver a full weekend of two-wheeled entertainment, designed to appeal to committed enthusiasts and families alike. It’s claimed to blend competitive on-track action with a relaxed, festival-style atmosphere both on and off the track.

Across the event, visitors can expect everything from dirt track racing and trial demonstrations to classic and vintage race bike displays, manufacturer and owners’ club showcases, and meet-and-greet sessions with legends of the sport. Off-track attractions include trade stands and a retail village, youth electric racing on the Mallor-E MX track, a children’s fun fair, live music and street food, plus camping and evening entertainment to round out the weekend.

For all the on and off-track action, the 1000 Bikes Festival looks to be extremely good value, with adult single-day tickets (for either Saturday or Sunday) costing £25 in advance and £30 on the day. Weekend tickets, that include camping, are priced at a budget-friendly £55 in advance and £65 on the gate - and the camping tickets include a night on Friday and the Monday should people wish. Children under the age of 14 are free of charge.

The 1000 Bike Festival will be running from July 4 to 5, 2026.
