Kia Driver Intentionally Rams Motorcyclist off the Road
A car driver in America has caused serious injury to a motorcyclist after intentionally hitting the rider on a highway

A motorcycle rider has suffered serious injury outside Portland, Oregon, after being hit intentionally by a Kia car driver, who left the scene of the accident in a hit-and-run.
The footage was caught on a dashcam and it showed the rider gesturing to the driver after reports claim a near collision had taken place prior to the hit-and-run.
After gesturing to the car in anger, the rider was then hit and sent flying across the road before the car driver fled the scene. The incident took place on Monday 5 June in Beaverton outside Portland.
Witnesses pulled over to assist the rider, who survived the accident but has suffered serious injuries. First responders rushed to the scene and helped the 21-year-old victim to a Portland trauma centre.
He was treated for concussion and extensive road rash, according to his family, while police also stated his injuries were not life-threatening.
The latest reports are that the Police have arrested the driver of the Kia Carnival. Samir Helio Pazzoto-Filho was arrested on Monday evening and has been charged with one count of second-degree assault, one count of unlawful use of a weapon and one count of failure to perform the duties of a driver to injured persons.
Speaking to KPTV, the rider’s sister said: “He had to have seen him fall, like there is no way around that. And then you just kept driving... he could have been dead on the side of the road.
“It is really hard to watch just because it is so deliberate. He literally could have died, and I don't know who could do that. The mistake that you made could have killed my brother and that's all I want you to acknowledge. He could have lost his life, and that is nothing to play around with.”
The rider, named Correy, is currently going through a recovery process while a GoFundMe page has been started to aid with medical bills and his totalled motorcycle.
