Regular Tenere 700 is a bit bland? Here’s the answer!
Holy Moly Motorcycles rekindles the golden age of tobacco-liveried racers, letting Yamaha’s Tenere 700 light up the trails without a single cigarette smoked.

Holy Moly Motorcycles (HMM) hit the headlines this time last year, with the introduction of its plug-and-play kits that turned the Yamaha Tenere 700 into a retro Dakar-style rally bike.
But the team at HMM haven’t stopped there, as a new range of awesome-looking new and updated kits has arrived - each topped off with some delectably retro decals.

As with the kits we reported on last year, they change the look and feel of the bike, featuring updated bodywork and a rugged new ‘Baja’ headlight, while also adding a bit of extra protection with the inclusion of a sump guard. You also get new indicators, a high-level front mud-guard, new side panels and a new seat and tail unit.

From there, Holy Moly can take each bike back to a magical time in the history of motorsport, when tobacco companies ruled motorsport and oversized sideburns were mandatory! The team at HMM have managed to pick out some of the most evocative colour schemes of the 70s, 80s and 90s, with the pick of the bunch, from the Visordown office, at least, being the black bike with unmistakable gold JPS decals.

The branding is synonymous with the F1 paddock, and especially the Lotus cars designed by Colin Chapman in the 70s and 80s. John Player Special Lotus Formula 1 cars come from a time when Team Lotus was a dominant force in F1, with legendary drivers like Emerson Fittipaldi, Mario Andretti, Ronnie Peterson, and Ayrton Senna who were the rock stars of motorsport.

If the JPS colours aren’t your bag, HMM has a range of other decal packs that might be more up your street, with Chesterfield, Lucky Strike and Marlboro also getting the two-wheeled treatment.
