I love its simplicity on the retro exterior, the total opposite to the Chaser. Improved breath deflectors for ‘08 should make fogging less of an issue.
The washable interior with replacable head and cheek pads go a long way to extending the life of the helmet (I’ve had an Arai for five years and it’s still going), and in a little way justifying that extra expense.
Arai have also developed a double visor system, clear underneath with a tinted sun visor built in.
Pros: Style, fit, retro looks
