Moto2: Indianapolis crash sequence
Opening lap crash resulted in a red flag and the race shortened to 17 laps

THE INDIANAPOLIS Moto2 round was marred with two incidents resulting in a red flag and shortened 17-lap race.
The below crash sequence involves two homegrown riders, Kenny Noyes and Roger Lee Hayden, with the skittle effect also taking down Vladimir Ivanov, Shoya Tomizawa and Yonny Hernandez.
Over the duration of the race each lap appeared to bring another crasher. With 12 DNFs including: Alex Debón, Héctor Faubel, Stefan Bradl, Yuki Takahashi, Roberto Rolfo, Jules Cluzel, Raffaele de Rosa and others all sending their bikes to the Moto2 crusher.
There were more falls in the early part of the race as also fell with nine laps to go when pushing in seventh.
