THE charming Moto Guzzi V85TT has just been given some long legs thanks to Givi and its new range of adventure-spec hard and soft cases.

Designed for budding adventurists, the range of products for the V85TT includes the Trekker Outback aluminium hard cases. The set comprises of side cases in 48l and 37l sizes, with colour options of brushed aluminium and also a Blackline edition for a more stealthy look. The 48l cases are priced at £571.25 (+VAT), while the more lightweight 37l options are £549.58 (+VAT). Complimenting the Trekker Outback side cases is a 58l top-box of the same name. It is also available as a Blackline edition and is priced at £372.50 (+VAT).
For more lightweight tours and everyday rides, Givi has the EA118 Tanklock bag. It’s made of 600D polyester and with a capacity extendable to up to 25 litres. It features a handy transparent compartment for storing maps, reflective inserts, and a waterproof sleeve. It uses the practical Tanklock system to aid mounting and removal. This bag requires the specific BF46 base, which allows it to be attached to the fuel cap system.
The nature of the engine design used by Moto Guzzi offers up its own issues for those riding off-road – protecting the engine and cylinder heads. For that, Givi has launched a range of engine protection components designed to safeguard the vitals of the bike, allowing the rider to concentrate on where they are going.
