A new motorcycle is joining the sports touring sector for 2021, as the Yamaha Tracer 7 GT is announced.

The Tracer 7 GT is a similar flavour machine to the Tracer 9 GT that was announced yesterday, and features a host of touring specific accessories and parts. Yamaha is pitching the new bike as the perfect seven days a week machine; frugal on the Monday to Friday commute, exciting and capable at the weekend, with long enough legs for touring.

To help make the bike the perfect all-rounder, Yamaha has first slotted on some 20l side cases that come in the full range of Tracer 7 colourways.

The next addition to the bike is the touring screen which for 2020 was upgraded to be adjustable on the fly. The screen is significantly taller and wider than the stock item, providing an increased level of protection for rider and passenger.

The Tracer 7 GT also features a bespoke seat that includes dedicated branding for the model. The seat is a dual-density for extra comfort and incorporates a dual material cover with contrasting stitching.

Deliveries to European Yamaha dealers will commence from February 2021. Pricing for the new model is as yet TBC although we will be bringing you that information as and when we have it.

The new 2021 Yamaha Tracer 7 GT is available in Tech Kamo, Redline, and Icon Grey.
