YAMAHA has confirmed that the 2021 Yamaha Racing Experience will go ahead on the 27th & 28th of June 2021 at Silverstone, with R1M owners (in particular those who have purchased one since June 2019) able to register for their free-of-charge places at an unrivalled experience both on track and at the state-of-the-art Formula 1 Wing pit complex.
As well as a full day on the iconic Grand Prix circuit at Silverstone with Yamaha BSB riders Jason O’Halloran & Tarran Mackenzie in attendance, Yamaha legends including Niall Mackenzie and James Whitham will also be present.
2019 Yamaha R1M review
New R1M owners lucky enough to secure a place at the event will also be entitled to an overnight stay at a four-star hotel the evening before, with all meals included in the package. Fill your boots, literally.
Not to be left out, owners of 2015-2019 R1M machines will also be able to attend the track experience part of the event on June 28th, with limited places available at a subsidised rate of £99.
Places on the event (which will be run in adherence with the government’s latest COVID-19 guidelines) are limited, and will be available on a first-come first-served basis.
Be quick if you’re interested; along with meeting Yamaha Racing stars, the 2021 McAMS Yamaha R1 contender will also be on display - it’s not confirmed if you’ll be able to ride it (we strongly doubt it - but you can always ask…)
