Bridgestone and BMW team up to offer fantastic prize

FANCY A free day at the BMW Off-Road School? Thought so!

Bridgestone are launching their new 'Battle Wing 501-502' tyre and are offering one lucky winner and a friend the chance to win a BMW Off-Road Skills Level 1 course on the 8th to 9th of September.

Bridgestone claim the 'Battle Wing 501-502' has been developed for the ever increasing numbers of powerful adventure sports bikes, including the R1200GS. With the 80% road and 20% off-road bias in mind, the 'Battle Wing' combines green lane ability without sacfiricing on-road performance.

The lucky competition winners will each take to the 4,000 acre Walters Arena Enduro Park in south Wales where you will be able to put the new BMW G650 Xchallenge, an exciting and uncompromising off-road machine, through its paces. The prize also includes accommodation for two nights, plus hire of jackets, trousers and boots if required. You will, however, need to supply your own helmet for the two-day course and arrange your own transportation to south Wales.

Headed by six-times Dakar Rally competitor Simon pavey, the World of BMW's renowned Off-Road Skills courses are set in the beautiful surroundings of the Brecon Beacons, and are suitable for all riders from novice to accomplished off-road motorcyclists.
