Suzuki models continue to command low prices

VISORDOWN Marketplace launched only a month ago but already there's been thousands of fabulous bikes listed.

Every day, we've been hand-picking our favourites, and while doing so have noticed some interesting trends.

One of these in particular has caught our eye - how Suzuki models, new and used, still seem hard to beat in terms of value for money.

Take this SV650, for example. With only one previous owner, and less than 1,700 miles on the clock, it is in an 'as new' condition. Yet, it could be yours for just £4,195.

Bargain, huh? But these low second-hand prices are put into perspective by the model's retail cost of just £5,699 new.

Another example of a cheap machine is this 11,315-mile 2012 DL 650 – aka the ever-popular V-Strom – which could be yours for just £3,995.

Or if you're looking to venture further afield, then there’s always this adventure focused version of the same bike. Fully kitted out with auxiliary lamps, heated grips, hand guards, panniers, a centre stand and a 12V power socket, it is listed for just £4,795, with 17,456 miles on the clock.

Fans of sportier Suzuki’s are also in luck. This one-owner, 2015 GSX-R600 has covered just 436 miles in its lifetime – it’s basically a brand-new bike.

With a Yoshi R11 exhaust it is offered for just £6,950 – more than £2,000 less than the model’s retail price.

Finally, let’s not forget Suzuki’s learner legal offering, and arguably one of the best 125cc naked bikes on the market.

The GSX-S 125 boasts the best power-to-weight ratio and lowest seat height of its segment, making it not only super fun, but also incredibly accessible. Check out this brand-new bike, offered at £3,699.
