New Team Classic Suzuki apparel launched by Suzuki GB

A new range of Team Classic Suzuki apparel has been launched by Suzuki GB, which also suggests the team will continue in 2023.

Suzuki has released new clothing in its classic range, with a variety of new garments.

Suzuki, who earlier today (1 December 2022) announced the closure of its racing website at the end of the month, has released some new clothing in its Team Classic Suzuki range.

Certainly, there is a strong history of racing for Suzuki, and although the corporate board in Japan seems totally uninterested in developing the brand’s racing heritage in the present or future, the manufacturer is still able to fall back on that which already exists to create some (rather pretty) racing apparel.

The new range of Team Classic Suzuki gear follows generally in the line of the previous offerings, with the traditional blue and white colours of the official Team Classic Suzuki race team.

As well as the obvious point of new clothing being available, there is also here the implication that the withdrawal of Suzuki support from various championships, such as MotoGP, will not affect Team Classic Suzuki, which will seemingly continue on racing the bikes from the manufacturers storied past. These include RGs, and a GSX-R750 SRAD that joined the roster at the end of 2021.

Suzuki GB’s aftersales marketing specialist, Jo Grote, said, “Since its introduction in 2016 the Team Classic Suzuki collection has always been one of our most popular ranges.

“This is its second redesign since then, and after switching to a predominantly black design, we’re really pleased with the new clothing range and to be going back to a style that really borrows from classic Suzuki liveries of the past, and that more closely matches the paint schemes on Team Classic Suzuki’s current fleet of race bikes, including the new GSX-R750 SRAD.

“It’s an extensive range, with something for everyone, and with Christmas now just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to place an order.”
