Mick Doohan accused of fraud

Former business partner takes legal action over world champ's gentlemen's club

Mick Doohan accused of fraud

FORMER MULTIPLE 500cc World Champion Mick Doohan has been accused of fraud by a business partner over his Las Vegas nightclub Cathouse Lounge.

Creative consultant Seth Yudoff alleges he has been the victim of fraud, intentional misrepresentation and deceit. Mr Yudoff wants a court to appoint a receiver to take over the multi-million dollar gentlemen's club.

Yudoff claims he had been "threatened, intimidated and bullied" by Doohan's business partner Billy Cross. He claims his pay was cut from $US3846.15 a fortnight to $US2000 a fortnight.

Doohan, a former five-time motorcycle world champion, and Mr Cross modelled the Cathouse on a 19th-century Parisian bordello.
