What the bikes might look like, perhaps
FIVE TIME 500cc World Champion, Mick Doohan, was present at Dreamworld Theme Park, Gold Coast, Australia to reveal plans for a new motorcycle based rollercoaster.
The ride, named the Mick Doohan Motocoaster, features full-scale 500cc grand prix replica machines, which will reach speeds of up to 72kmh. There are 14 motorbikes in each train, with two purpose-built sidecars, so youngsters aren't left out.
The attraction's manufacturer, Intamin AG, say the Mick Doohan Motocoaster will be the first ride of its kind in Australia.
The roller coaster is expected to open in mid-September.
