Furygan has unveiled the Challenger 3C PrimaLoft motorcycle jacket, a touring-focused textile, designed to adapt to changing riding conditions thanks to a combination of insulation, ventilation and protective technology.

Carrying the brand’s ‘ColdMaster’ label, the jacket is equipped with a removable thermal liner and ‘PrimaLoft Black’ padding, which is made from 100 per cent recycled material. It’s designed to retain heat during colder rides, while for milder temperatures, an air flow system is used alongside mesh panels to increase airflow throughout the garment.

The new product has been developed by Furygan’s MotionLAB and uses a three-layer laminated construction that earns the company’s Drycore Pro designation, and is rated 20k waterproof and 10k for breathability.

Protection is provided by Level 1 D3O armour at the shoulders and elbows, while pockets are included for optional back and chest protectors. The garment carries an AA certification under current PPE standards.

Furygan has also incorporated multiple adjustment points, including height-adjustable waist tabs, to help tailor the fit across a range of body shapes. Neoprene inserts at the collar and cuffs are intended to improve comfort and prevent any chafing.

Storage comes in the form of seven pockets, with five external options, including a dedicated credit card pocket, and two internal compartments.

The Challenger 3C PrimaLoft jacket is designed to pair with Furygan’s Redington 3C PrimaLoft trousers and is available in sizes ranging from S to 4XL. Buyers can choose between Black/Red or Black/Pearl/Anthracite/Neon Yellow colourways, and it is priced at £369.99.
