Indian ‘Forged’ series build sees UFC fighter get a Kraus-inspired Chieftain
Indian has released the final instalment of its 2025 ‘Forged’ Chieftain series, which features a specially built bike for current UFC fighter Cody Garbrandt.

The latest instalment in Indian Motorcycle’s ‘Forged’ series sees the UFC fighter Cody Garbrandt receiving a Kraus-inspired Indian Chieftain.
The 2025 Indian ‘Forged’ series has produced three very different designs, all of which are based on the brand’s Chieftain PowerPlus model.
The third and final instalment of the Chieftain series was designed in collaboration with Kraus Motor Co, which is a leader in custom parts and accessories in the US. The American brand specialises in parts for Harley-Davidson and Indian motorcycles.

At the heart of the new Chieftain PowerPlus model is a 1,834cc V-twin engine that produces 126bhp and 133.8Ib ft of torque.
As part of this latest ‘Forged’ build, Kraus used many of its own parts to assemble the custom Chieftain, which has been designed for UFC fighter Cody Garbrandt.
Some of those parts include Kraus RT Performance Brake Pads, a Kraus ARP caliper kit and Spiegler brake lines. The bike’s Kraus Ohlins Inverted Front End is paired with a DTF Carbon Front Fender.
“We designed this bike not only to represent what’s possible, but to help define what’s next,” said Kraus Motor Co. founder Satya Kraus. “It was about pushing the boundaries of performance and design and creating parts that riders can actually use and feel the difference.

“Partnering with Cody and Indian Motorcycle gave us the chance to prototype new components and rethink what a Chieftain can be. This bike is just a straight street ripper. There’s no BS. There’s no glossy paint. There’s no fancy this or that. It’s classy but it’s mean, and it’s all about business.”
The first Chieftain build of the 2025 ‘Forged’ series produced a blacked-out bike for pro skateboarder, Ryan Sheckler. It was then the turn of ex-Florida Georgia Line singer, Tyler Hubbard, who received a multi-coloured Chieftain that was built by custom motorcycle experts, Forever Rad.
