CFMoto has pulled a proverbial rabbit from the hat this spring, with the announcement of a new sub-brand called CFLite.

While it may sound like some low-calorie electrolyte drink, CFLite is the Chinese automotive firm’s edgy new budget brand, and it’s already dropped a handful of bikes into the range. The brand was launched at the 2025 Makina Moto Expo in the Philippines, which says all you need to know about where the fledgling brand is targeting its sales, with RideApart confirming that Indonesia, Thailand, and parts of South America are also in the crosshairs.

What bikes has CFLite announced

CFLite has ticked three boxes in its range already, with a naked, a sport bike, and a rugged off-roader landing in family. The naked, snappily called the 250NK Lite, is a familiar-looking thing, borrowing styling elements from the 450NK from the CFMoto range. In South American spec, it produces a claimed 25bhp, and 16lb ft of torque. The pint-sized naked in the Mexican market will be setting riders back just $56,999 MXN (around £2,160).

The second bike is the 250SR Lite, a sports bike that looks like a carbon copy of the 450SR S we already get here. Power from the 250SR is almost exactly the same as its naked sibling, and it starts at  $66,999 MXN (around £2,540).

The final bike in the range is possibly the most important for the new brand, with its rugged styling and go-anywhere chassis making it look a must-have bike for riders in nations with less developed road networks. It’s called the 230 Dual, and it features a 21-inch front wheel, long travel suspension and an asking price in the Philippines of just P99,900 or £1,332.

As it stands, the nations mentioned at the top of the page are the only ones thought to be getting access to CFLite, with the UK and Europe currently not on CFMoto’s radar for this new cost-effective sub-brand.
