WSBK 2015: championship standings after Qatar
The 2015 World Superbike Championship has now finished
THE 2015 World Superbike championship has ended with newly crowned Jonathan Rea taking the title and Welshman Chaz Davies taking second.
The WSBK runner-up has been decided in the final race of the season as former World Champion Tom Sykes is left to settle for third as Davies takes second.
Aprilia's Leon Haslam and rookie Jordi Torres finish the season in fourth and fifth respectively as former World Champion Sylvain Guintoli finishes sixth just ahead of his PATA Honda team-mate Michael van der Mark.
British rider Alex Lowes finished in tenth for the Voltcom Crescent Suzuki team whilst his French team-mate finished down in 18th.
Testing will start for most team's in the following weeks, but the 2016 World Superbike calendar is still yet to be announced and finalised.
