2012 ZZR1400: 217bhp?

Could the new hypersports-tourer be pumping out MotoGP rivalling power?

THIS is the old versus new power graph for the ZZR1400.

Kawasaki has been careful to leave the figures off, but here at Visordown, we've measured it to the nearest pixel. Kawasaki claimed the old ZZR1400 peaked at 187bhp which would mean the new one is peaking at ...217bhp!

And that would be a figure without the help of ram air, which could add another 10bhp. Mental.

Of course, Kawasaki hasn't actually claimed any official figures, and maybe the graph is not to scale. But that would be a bit cheeky, wouldn't it?
