FORMER TRIPLE 500cc World Champion Kenny Roberts has put his famous ranch up for sale, complete with dirttrack oval, Motocross track and air-conditioned motorcycle museum (bikes not included).
The ranch, in Modesto, California, has been used as a training ground for a plethora of racing stars over the years, including Wayne Rainey, Kenny Roberts Junior and 2010 MotoGP championship leader Jorge Lorenzo.
The property's up on the market for a cool $2.8million (£1.8million), which we reckon's a bargain, as the facility has a sauna, gym, swimming pool and fishing lake. The property also has extensive workshop facilities.
It's reported Kenny wants to downsize in order to spend more time with his family, as well as playing golf.
