Grind Hard Plumbing Co has been in the business of making crazy custom-built machines for some time, but this monster chopper with tyres fitting of a tractor is arguably the most bonkers thing it's made so far.

Earlier this year we shared a video from the American YouTube channel which showed the monster chopper in the meat of the custom build but it has now reached its end ahead of a car show debut.

A bit about this monster chopper - there’s no other place to start than the gigantic 46-inch wheels which are unmissable when you look at this motorcycle. But there’s much more to it as the bike makes a whopping 160bhp from a 1,250cc KTM LC8 V-twin engine.

Most of the parts on this bike are fully custom including the exhaust system and multi-pronged swingarm, which replaces a more traditional fork. The exhaust includes an Arrow silencer.

With more paint than most folk would know what to do with, the final part of this build series starts off with the guys at Grind Hard Plumbing Co deciding the type of paint and colour to use. The rear tyre cover then comes off first, but then when they start to take the rear tyre off, the bike can’t help but lose its balance.

The bike’s chassis then undergoes a bit more TLC to add some finishing touches to it, before painting begins. Once dried enough to handle, the bike starts getting put back together with the frame being fitted to the engine.

Coated in a lovely silver finish, the bike looks tremendous although it's the rear tyre cover that steals the show for us. With the custom build ready to go, the guys fire up the engine and it’s a little bit tasty, to say the least.

The Arrow exhaust sounds like something you would hear on a race bike, not a monster chopper fitted with 46-inch wheels. The motorcycle’s first public appearance will be at the SEMA show in Las Vegas on 5-9 November.
