Cardo launches world's first integrated mesh motocross helmet
Cardo has unveiled the Venture, a motocross and off-road helmet with fully integrated mesh communication technology, JBL audio, group intercom functionality and Leatt's safety credentials.

Cardo has taken a step beyond traditional helmet communicators with the launch of the Venture, claiming it to be the world's first proper off-road helmet with fully integrated mesh communication technology built in from the factory.
Aimed squarely at motocross and enduro riders, the new Venture combines Cardo's established communication platform with a purpose-built off-road helmet, removing the need for external comms units and the associated wiring, brackets and setup.

The Venture allows real-time communication between groups while on the move, whether that's coordinating a route through a trail network, managing a training session or simply keeping tabs on a riding group. The system is designed to keep riders connected across challenging terrain and when not within line of sight.
Communication is handled through Cardo's Dynamic Mesh Communication (DMC) technology, the same platform used across its premium road-going systems. Audio is delivered through integrated JBL speakers, while the setup also allows instructors and coaches to communicate directly with riders without needing to stop trackside.

The helmet itself is based on the Leatt Moto 8.5 platform and carries both ECE 22.06 and DOT certification. Safety features include Leatt's 360-degree Turbine Technology, designed to help reduce rotational forces during a crash, alongside a four-density impact foam construction and the brand's 3-in-1 safety architecture.
Away from the electronics, the Venture gets a lightweight composite shell intended to reduce rider fatigue during long days in the saddle. Inside, an Ionic+ antimicrobial liner aims to improve comfort and moisture management, while Leatt's Pro-Fit modular padding system allows riders to tailor the fit.

Practical touches include emergency-release cheek pads, neck brace compatibility, integrated hydration routing and a ventilation system designed to maximise airflow in slow-speed and high-intensity off-road riding conditions.
Cardo is backing the Venture with a five-year warranty on the helmet itself, a three-year warranty on the communications technology and battery coverage ranging from one to two years, depending on the market.
The Cardo Venture is available now with a recommended retail price of £695 in the UK, €799 in Europe and $799 in the US.
