Aston Martin Brough Superior AMB 001 Pro sounds like a thing of beauty
Ever wondered what the Aston Martin Brough Superior AMB 001 Pro sounds like? Well, the wait is now over.

Brough Superior has released footage of the Aston Martin AMB 001 Pro on track, which sounds just as sweet as expected.
There are two Aston Martin Brough Superior models; the standard AMB 001, and the above-mentioned Pro variant, which was limited to just 88 units worldwide. The Pro model serves as the successor to the AMB 001, which was also launched as a limited-edition model that sold out quickly. It was inspired by Aston Martin’s Valkyrie AMR Pro hypercar that currently races in the Endurance World Championship.

Therefore, it’s no real surprise that the Aston Martin Brough Superior AMB 001 Pro is a thing of beauty, but its sound does not disappoint either.
Below is a clip of the motorcycle on track, which is shared by Brough Superior Motorcycles on its Instagram page.
While the standard AMB 001 already produces 180bhp, the Pro edition takes things a big step further, pumping out 225bhp to the rear wheel. That’s a 25 per cent increase compared to its predecessor, which was unveiled back in 2019. Power comes from a 997cc V-twin engine, while performance is enhanced by a turbocharger.
While power is an area of the bike that can't be ignored, Brough Superior claims its power-to-weight ratio was similar to that of an F1 car. That’s unlikely to be as true as it was before, given F1 cars have changed quite considerably in 2026.
Like the bike’s power, the price of the AMB 001 Pro was substantially higher than that of the AMB 001, which was already in the ballpark of what very few could afford.

The AMB 001 was reported to cost in the region of £93,000 when it was launched, while the AMB 001 Pro came in close to £130,000 when it hit the market.
