KOKI TAKAHASHI, the younger brother of Yuki, was tragically killed in a traffic accident early Sunday morning.
Koki was returning home from a fundraising event in aid of the earthquake victims when the accident occurred in Saitama. The 23-year-old made several wildcard appearances in 250cc and in the last year's Moto2 round at Motegi.
Yuki Takahashi will still compete in the Estoril GP this weekend with the Gresini team honouring the life of Koki.
Visordown would like to express our heartfelt condolences to the Takahashi family.
