Suzuki is set to debut an eye-catching DR-Z4S concept
Suzuki is planning to unveil a DR-Z4S Monster Hunter Wilds Edition concept in Japan.

Japanese manufacturer Suzuki is set to use this week’s Tokyo Auto Salon 2026 show as the launchpad for its new DR-Z4S Monster Hunter Wilds Edition concept.
The new model is one of five concept models that will be displayed, but it appears as though it will be the only motorcycle to form part of the line-up. A total of nine models will be showcased by Suzuki, with the show taking place at the Makuhari Messe convention centre in Chiba City, Chiba, from January 9 to the 11.
Most of the models that will be displayed are heavy-duty four-wheelers, but this funky-looking DR-Z4S has certainly caught our attention, especially since Suzuki sells the standard DR-Z4S in the UK.
That, of course, does not mean this Monster Hunter Wilds Edition is destined for our shores. First, it will need to go from a concept model to a production-ready motorcycle, before we can even begin to think about that.
The new concept has been developed in collaboration with ‘Monster Hunter’, a game that was produced by the gaming giant, Capcom.
The company is famous worldwide but has a cult following in Japan, and this is not the first time Suzuki has partnered with Capcom. In May 2025, Suzuki Motor Corporation revealed a special one-off GSX-8R, which was finished in a special livery to celebrate its collaboration with Capcom and the Street Fighter 6 game.
Describing its thinking behind the new DR-Z4S concept, a press release from Suzuki said the new model is “inspired by ‘Seikret,’ a means of transportation and companion featured in the Monster Hunter game. This model expresses the excitement of adventure”.
In the UK the standard DR-Z4S is currently priced at £7,999, and it features a single-cylinder engine that produces 37bhp and 27.2 Ib-ft of torque.
