Construction starts on new Hungarian track

2008 World Champion Gábor Talmácsi laid down the first brick of Hungary’s new racetrack in Sávoly near Lake Balaton, at an official ceremony this week.

Earlier this year, Visordown gave you the heads-up that the new £50 million Balatonring is to host MotoGP racing over the next five years, with the first race set to take place next September.
