Scoop: Hudson Kennaugh quits BSS

IN A SHOCK move, Hudson Kennaugh has parted company with the Linxcel-Seton Tuning Yamaha British Supersport team.
The South African finished second overall in the 600cc championship last season to Glen Richards after a series of closely-scrapped, fraught battles, but has been increasingly off the pace this season.
Although an official statement has yet to be made by the team, Kennaugh has just announced the news himself saying: “I would like to thank Phil Seton and the boys for the way they welcomed me into the team.
"I really appreciate all the work they have done but I need to get into superbikes and the best time to start is now. Phil has worked really hard to give me a fast machine and we have achieved so much it is a real credit to the team stepping up from last year like they have. I look forward to having a brew with them in the paddock they make the best tea around."

So that's one of the most outspoken and entertaining riders in the BSS paddock now looking for a superbike ride for the rest of this season. Could be very interesting is he was to get it.
