New Mitas Enduro Trail-ADV 2 70/30 Adventure Bike Tyres Launched
The new Mitas Enduro Trail-ADV 2 hoops will be landing in May, and will replace the old Enduro Trail-ADV as the firm’s primary choice for ADV riders

Mitas is unleashing a new adventure bike tyre on the market, as the Enduro Trail-ADV 2 with a 70/30 (road/off-road) classification.
The tyre is replacing the outgoing Enduro Trail-ADV tyres, although Mitas claims the new ADV 2s have more to do with the more extreme Enduro Trail + 60/40 hoops. That relationship is more defined than before, with the new ADV 2s boasting a groove pattern that is much closer in appearance to that found on the outgoing Enduro Trail ADVs - which was eerily similar to the tread pattern found on Pirelli’s Scorpion Rally STRs.

The new hoop has a multi-compound tread pattern with a deeply grooved (and self-clearing) chevron pattern. The tyres are claimed to have a high silica content, for improved wet weather grip, while the carcass structure of the ADV 2s is stated to give riders ‘excellent stability and comfort at high speeds’.
The ADV 2s will be landing in May, with one of the most popular sizes for adventure bikes being catered for - 90/90-21 front and 150/70-18 rear. Mitas goes on to claim that more sizes, including those for big adventure motorcycles and even scooters, will be added to the lineup by the end of 2025.
Speaking about the new tyres, Gustavo Pinto Teixeira, Head of Mitas Motorcycle tyres, said:
“The Mitas ENDURO TRAIL-ADV 2 is a game-changer for adventure riders. Its advanced tread design and innovative materials ensure that riders can tackle any terrain with confidence and comfort, whether they're cruising on highways or exploring off-road trails.”
More information on the new tyres can be found on the official website.
