Yamaha reveals new Tracer 700GT

The new model brings long distance comfort to the popular machine

YAMAHA already boasts a comprehensive family of touring motorcycles, but the Japanese manufacturer is expanding that further with a new Tracer 700 GT for 2019.

The model has been announced ahead of Intermot 2018, and will be on display at the show.

In the trend of Yamaha ‘GT’ models it will feature a number of comfort-enhancing additions over the base Tracer 700 model, including a high touring screen, ergonomic seating and colour-matched 20-litre side panniers. A comfort seat and large 17 litre fuel tank will also feature.

Based on the standard Tracer 700’s compact and lightweight chassis, and powered by the same torque-rich 689cc, 2-cylinder, crossplane engine, the Tracer 700GT will offer long-distance capability with the same agile, sporty ride.

It will be available in colour options of Phantom Blue, Tech Black or Nimbus Grey with red details
