Honda Bol D’Or customs

Bet you forgot Honda even made these…

EVERY two years when the Tokyo Motor Show comes around we’re reminded of those models that don’t get to leave the shores of Japan – like the Honda Super Bol D’Or.

This year the firm is to show two customised machines, one based on each capacity of the Super Bol D’Or. It’s actually pretty hard to spot the differences between them, despite one being based on the little CB400 while the other is a full 900cc bigger and derived from the CB1300. It’s been years since these machines were offered over here, but they’re still firm favourites in Japan.

We’re not sure the red-on-black style of the Tokyo Show ‘custom’ versions does them any favours, though.
