MotoGP star to help raise money for Sylvain Guintoli charity foundation
Fabio Quartararo has gifted Sylvain Guintoli a special edition test helmet, with a raffle to follow at the British MotoGP this summer.

2021 MotoGP world champion Fabio Quartararo is helping the Luca Guintoli foundation by offering a special edition helmet, which will be available to win through a raffle this summer.
The Luca Guintoli charity foundation was created by former MotoGP racer and WorldSBK champion, Sylvain Guintoli, after his son, Luca, tragically lost his battle with cancer last year.
The PASIC charity raises awareness for children and young people with cancer, and has raised more than £159,000 so far. Donations can still be made through the official website.

In memory of his son, Guintoli recently completed the London Marathon, where he set an unofficial record after completing the race wearing a Sonic the Hedgehog-inspired leather suit.
To support the great cause, Guintoli’s compatriot Quartararo has gifted him a special edition test helmet, which will be raffled at this year’s British MotoGP, which takes place on August 7-9.

Quartararo was seen handing the helmet to Guintoli in a social media post shared by TNT Sports, which is the home of MotoGP coverage in the UK.
The clip starts with Quartararo saying “there are only two”, meaning only two of these exact helmets exist in the world.
Quartararo adds that of the two helmets, one is for him, and the other is for Guintoli and his foundation. Quartararo used the helmet during tests at the Sepang International Circuit, in Malaysia, and at the Buriram track in Thailand, which hosts the MotoGP season-opener.
As a full-time racer, Guintoli currently competes in the FIM Endurance World Championship with the AutoRace UBE Race Team on a BMW M1000 RR, which runs alongside his duties as a pundit on the TNT Sports coverage team.
