Explorer by name, explorer by nature

TRIUMPH hails its Tiger Explorer as a machine capable of anything from high-speed cruising to extreme off-roading.

But until now, those claims had gone unfounded.

Enter stage left British trials champion Martin Craven, who headed to FatCat Motoparc MX track in Doncaster to prove the Explorer’s pedigree.

Watch as the riding legend – who came 21st out of 1,500 riders at the infamous Erzberg Extreme Enduro – throws the 1200cc machine around a tarmac track, before heading off road on some nearby trails.

As if he hadn’t tested the 137hp bike enough, Craven then heads on to the motocross track and makes light work of the jumps and berms.
