Kawasaki joins James Whitham Track Training Days
Kawasaki UK and former BSB champion James Whitham have confirmed a new partnership for 2026.

Kawasaki UK will be supporting James Whitham’s Track Training Days in 2026, after confirming a new partnership with the two-time BSB champion.
Team Green will be supporting the school by providing ZX-10R and ZX-6R machines, which will be used by coaches throughout the year. The school is designed to offer riders the chance to learn from a highly-decorated group of experts, which this year will include Max Cook and Joe Talbot from the AJN Steelstock Bimota team that’s set to compete in the 2026 British Superbike Championship.
All of the coaches are either past or present racers, with names such as reigning BSB Champion Kyle Ryde, Isle of Man TT winner Davey Todd, former factory Norton rider Trevor Nation, and Jenny Tinmouth, the fastest woman to lap the TT course, among the names involved with the programme.
Whitham will also be part of the coaches circle, where low-number groups will be given track sessions to improve their skills in a safe and controlled environment. The sessions are aimed at riders of all abilities, whether that’s novices or track day regulars.
The school will host over 25 events in 2026, which will be spread across four venues, including Mallory Park, Anglesey, Croft, and Cadwell Park. Of the four venues, only Cadwell Park is currently used by the British Superbike Championship.
Speaking about the new partnership with Kawasaki UK, Whitham said:
“I’m really excited to be teaming up with Kawasaki for 2026! Although I’ve only ever raced a Kawasaki once in my career, I’ve been friends with the team at Kawasaki UK for over 25 years, and the Ninja family’s pedigree on track is renowned. The bikes are going to be the perfect addition for our instructors, ensuring our customers are able to get the very best track tuition possible.”
Booking is available through the official James Whitham Track Training Days website, with the first event of the year scheduled to take place at Anglesey from March 31 to April 1.
