Insta360 Ace Pro 2 Marc Marquez Edition action camera launched
MotoGP star Marc Marquez and Insta360 have joined forces, and the result is the Insta360 Ace Pro 2 Marc Márquez Edition action camera.
Insta360 has launched a special edition of its flagship Ace Pro 2 action camera, developed in collaboration with six-time MotoGP World Champion Marc Marquez. The Insta360 Ace Pro 2 MM93 Edition features the same hardware as the standard Ace Pro 2, but with a revised visual design and new software features aimed at riders.
The camera captures 8K footage at 30fps, and includes a 4K, 60fps PureVideo Mode for low-light shooting. It’s built to withstand harsh riding environments, with a rugged body, built-in wind guard, and resistance to water and extreme temperatures. Marquez has used the Ace Pro 2 for training, mounting the camera to his Ducati Panigale V2 training bike, to review footage from practice laps.
“The clarity and speed in the footage blew me away, honestly,” said Marquez. “Filming on the track in 8K is a game-changer because I can see every detail like with a professional camera, but with something small enough to fit on my bike.”
The MM93 Edition adds a few unique touches, including red detailing, Marquez’ #93 logo, a nameplate, and a themed boot-up screen. It also includes a Márquez-branded skin for Insta360’s Stats Dashboard, allowing users to overlay metrics like acceleration, lean angle and speed onto their riding footage - just don't expect them to be as impressive as Marquez' numbers!
“I put it on my bike the first chance I could and rode a few laps with it. I was very impressed,” Márquez added. “Then Insta360 offered me the chance to make my own version, and I said absolutely.”
Included in the box are flexible adhesive mounts, a Helmet Chin Mount 2.0, a 128GB microSD card, and a printed Marc Márquez autograph. The MM93 Edition is available in limited quantities, and more information can be found on the official website.
