CFMoto’s budding adventure touring range has been tickled even further as we head towards 2026, with the introduction of its new 800MT ES.

The brand's new middleweight packs many of the same features as the 800MT Touring model, although the ES version comes with fully electronically adjustable suspension, developed in partnership with KYB.

The system is designed to aid riders in real time with road irregularities, load and riding style. The front suspension features USD forks with 160mm of travel, while the rear monoshock setup allows for 150mm of travel. The new 800MT ES also comes with Bosch stability control and four riding modes.

While we await the full list of specs and features from the Chinese company, we can tell you that the new 800MT ES uses the same 799cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine as the Touring model. It produces a claimed 89.8bhp at 9,250rpm and 55.3 Ib-ft of peak torque at 8,000rpm.

Braking is once again handled by J.Juan, with dual 320mm discs found at the front, which are gripped by radial-mounted four-piston calipers. At the rear is a 260mm single disc. The bike’s braking system is complemented by Bosch Cornering ABS, while traction control is also available with the 800MT ES.

A neat 8-inch TFT dash heads up the 800MT ES’ visual display, while LED lighting is used all the way around. Two colour options are available which include Neptune Blue and Nebula White, while CFMoto’s new model also gains a 19-litre fuel tank. Kerb weight comes in at a claimed 231kg.

Pricing and availability has not yet been confirmed by CFMoto, which also revealed its new flagship 1000MT-X at the EICMA show in November.
