World of BMW activity programme confirmed for 2026
The World of BMW activity programme is back for 2026 with four major disciplines confirmed.

BMW Motorrad UK has confirmed its 2026 World of BMW activity programme, which includes off-road training, tours, and track-focused events.
At the centre of the programme is BMW’s Rider Training scheme, which was a big success in 2025 as the four UK locations generated more than 1,200 new licence holders.
The rider training programme includes structured and personalised courses for all riders, and according to BMW Motorrad UK, it has a pass rate of 83 per cent. Essential road skills, safety awareness and advanced riding techniques are all part of the training.
Next up is the BMW Off-Road Skills, where training takes place at the 4,000-acre Walters Arena in South Wales. This is where riders get to hone their off-road skills by riding models from the company’s GS range, which is led by off-road racing specialist Simon Pavey, and his team of instructors.
Riders keen to ride on track can do so as part of the BMW Motorrad Performance Academy, where “an all-star line-up of current and former British Superbike racers” will handle coaching duties, says BMW. It is based at Mallory Park, with training taking place on either the F900 R, S1000 R or S1000 RR.

Finally, BMW has also confirmed the Motorrad Tours discipline, where organised motorcycle trips take place across more than 40 different locations worldwide. Each tour features fully supported expert guides, and in 2025, the programme delivered 33 tours with over 350 riders taking part.
Scott Grimsdall, Head of Marketing & PR for BMW Motorrad UK, said this about the 2026 programme:
“The World of BMW has been creating meaningful riding experiences for over 20 years, bringing together expert instruction, incredible destinations and a genuine passion for motorcycling. With more than 2,800 riders taking part in 2025, from skill development to global adventures, the programme is designed to help riders grow in confidence while creating experiences they’ll remember for years to come.”
