AGV expands one of its most iconic helmet line-ups with the new K7 helmet
AGV has launched the latest model within its iconic K range, with the arrival of the new sport touring K7 helmet.

Known as one of the top helmet brands across the world, AGV has now added another flavour to its K range with the new K7, aimed at riders that want “high performance” and comfort on the road.
AGV continues to be one of the main helmet brands of choice for MotoGP riders, with several stars including championship leader Marco Bezzecchi currently using the company’s flagship race helmet, the Pista GP RR.
But the K7 is a very different lid, as it’s positioned as a sport touring helmet that builds on the K3 and K5 models, while also taking after the K6 S.

Its aerodynamic shell has been developed in a wind tunnel to provide stability at high speeds, while AGV claims “the integrated spoiler and optimised profile reduce turbulence and vibration”. Those are important factors to remember, as they’re aimed at improving comfort and reducing rider fatigue.
The composite fibre shell is available in three outer sizes and four expanded polystyrene inner shells. The new K7 also comes with a weight range of 1450 to 1480 grams.
With the new K7, AGV has seemingly placed a big emphasis on comfort, as its airflow management is designed to reduce neck fatigue on longer rides. The interior can be customised through interchangeable cheek pads that work with the patented Air Diffusion Crown Pad Technology ventilation system.

The helmet’s Ultravision panoramic visor provides a 190-degree horizontal field of vision, according to AGV, while an integrated sun visor is also included.
The K7 is already available in the UK with various colourways, however, the helmet is completely new to North America.
The newest additions to the UK are the K7 MPLK Glimpse and K7 MPLK Damascus variants, which are priced at £449.
