WorldSBK UK Round

The first day at Donington Park for the WorldSBK riders was a complicated one, partly for the new track surface, but mostly because of the rain.

Toprak Razgatlioglu came into the WorldSBK Superpole Race at Donington as the most recent 10-lap winner, and fresh from winning the Saturday race in the UK.

After topping Friday practice by almost half-a-second, Jonathan Rea was favourite to take pole position in WorldSBK's Donington Superpole session.
